Acceptance and inspection of gas burners

After the completion of the transformation of the gas burner system, the operator needs to follow up the debugging in time. After the completion of the debugging, the professional and technical personnel are required to accept and check the gas burner, so as to ensure that all the indicators and parameters are in line with the practical needs of operation and production.

1. Check and accept all equipment and parts according to the equipment list

2. All technical data should be in accordance with the matter

3. Supporting accessories and auxiliary equipment should be complete and intact, specifications, models, quantity should be consistent with the drawings, valves, safety valves, pressure gauges have factory certificate

4. The appearance and accessories should be intact

5. Ignition should be carried out several times after adjustment to observe whether ignition is good

6. Observe unbiased fire, flame combustion is not sufficient, vibration and other phenomena

7. When adjusting the fire output of the burner, it is necessary to adjust the load gradually from a relatively small load to a large load according to the load of the thermal equipment, and adjust the servomotor or damper according to the situation

8. Adjust the load of the burner to a small load, and the ignition position to a small load accordingly. Close the large load for ignition and observe the flame, and adjust the servomotor or damper accordingly

9. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed, and the external power control is in place
