How to maintain the boiler burner?

1.Main gas source

Check the main air source regulating valve to ensure that the circuit is intact. If there is a sensing cable, check whether it is damaged.

2.Control regulating valve

Check the control regulating valve on the gas burner to see if the adjusting bolt is easy to adjust. Ensure all exits and screens are not blocked.

3.Filter

If installed in the control regulator before the "Y" filter, be careful to clean.

4.Burner

Check gas line set to make sure manual switch adjustment is sensitive and valve handle is installed. Check whether the pressure gauge works properly. Accurate pressure display is the key to adjust the gas burner. Turn the low and high voltage switches to confirm their working conditions. Air valve connection should be clean and lubricated, if the connection is glued or too rough, replace the appropriate attachment. If burners are equipped with removable pipes, they should also be cleaned.

5.Exhaust

Determine that the exhaust valve control is working properly and the Settings are correct. Lubricate the damper connection to see if it runs smoothly. Check the wear of the damper blade.

6.Main fan

Check whether the inlet of the main fan is installed with protective devices, whether the working environment meets the requirements, and repair the leakage on the fan. Observe the operation of the blades to see if there is too much noise and vibration. If there are these phenomena, they can be eliminated by adjusting the blades. Determine whether the required air pressure is met, clean and lubricate the connection, adjust the air valve, and check whether the operation is smooth.

7.Ignition device

Clean the ignition nozzle and make sure the spark gap of the ignition electrode is normal.
