- Install the installation flange asbestos pad on the combustion cylinder, extend the combustion cylinder into the furnace, and fix the flange on the furnace body aligned with the screw hole. The position of the combustion cylinder inserted into the furnace shall not exceed the furnace wall, generally parallel to the boiler wall. After confirming the position, lock the bolts to ensure that the burner is securely installed. Please note that the burner should be kept straight and not tilted. Axial flow burners require mounting bases and rails.
- Professional electricians make electrical connections and verify that the devices are correctly connected.
- Connect the circuit board to the ground properly with high-quality multi-strand flexible copper wires.
- Carry out air supply pressure test according to design requirements, and connect the air pipe to the burner interface after confirming that there is no leakage point.
- Flue gas temperature and boiler pressure signal should be correctly connected, otherwise the burner can not automatically switch fire (but the pressure switch can still be connected to automatic control, automatic start and stop).
