Project Introduction

China Power (Chengdu) Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Power International, and is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of the distributed energy station project for natural gas cooling, heating and electricity in the West District of Chengdu High-tech Zone. The project plans to build a gas-steam combined cycle unit, with a total investment of about 950 million yuan in the first phase. After completion, it will provide comprehensive energy services such as cooling, heating, electricity, and contract energy management to covered users.

This project is a power project encouraged by the state, and it is also one of the demonstration projects of China Power International in the field of natural gas distributed energy. When choosing the output equipment for heat supply, the customer finally chose the 56MW EBICO EC-GR series electronic ratio reduction nitrogen combustion equipment out of double consideration of production quality and environmental protection, as well as the trust and recognition of EBICO Inject clean heat into the operation of the project.

The design of EBICO EC series is based on the fuel characteristics and environmental protection standards of the Chinese market. The application of dual-core safety control determines that the combustion equipment can be used in a wide range of scenarios and can adapt to various harsh production environments. The combustion efficiency is nearly 100% under the control of high-efficiency technology, which not only does not increase energy consumption, but also saves 40% of starting electric energy per year.

In this cooperation, the positioning of the smart power plant has given EBICO burners room to shine in terms of intelligence. The electronic automatic control system supports the independent adjustment of fuel and combustion air, and achieves the ideal combustion effect through the detection of oxygen content in flue gas. Real-time collection of machine data, remote assistance, big data analysis and artificial intelligence realize the integration of network communication, the digital operation and maintenance mode is safe and scientific, and the comprehensive diagnostic knowledge base greatly shortens the response time and improves the operation efficiency of the entire system.
