Donglong Home Textile Co., Ltd., invested and constructed by Shanghai Donglong Group, is located in Wuwei County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, which has always been known as the "Hometown of Feather and Down in China".

Donglong brand specializes in the production and sales of down raw materials, home textile fabrics, chemical fiber fillings, home textile products, and clothing. It is one of the top five down product companies in China and one of the excellent down testing laboratories awarded by the China Down Industry Association in 2021.

In this cooperation, the main appeal of the customer is to carry out technical transformation of production heat equipment and create a low-carbon production workshop. After field investigation and experimental analysis, EBICO selected two low-nitrogen models of ES-GE series and EP-GE series and supporting facilities to supply energy for the project's 30 tons/hour heat gap.

The ES-GE series adopts a streamlined design and is suitable for natural gas, light/heavy oil and other special fuels. It comprehensively adopts fuel graded proportioning, fuel center reflow, and positive and negative oxygen technologies. It is a low-nitrogen, low-carbon, low-oxygen, low-noise , Environmentally friendly products with low power consumption.

The EP-GE series models are smooth and highly maneuverable. The low-oxygen flame stabilizer and intelligent numerical control technology make the combustion efficiency nearly 100%, which can save up to 70% of the starting electric energy and reduce the energy loss in the whole production process. EBICO downstream air box and fuel separation technology greatly reduce working noise and create a quiet audio-visual environment.

After the project started, EBICO engineers rushed to the site immediately, and successfully completed the ignition work after communicating with the customer and debugging. According to the feedback from on-site testing data, the on-site NOx emission is stable within 30mg/m³, and the CO emission is zero. The environmental protection effect of safety, energy saving, and double reduction of carbon and nitrogen is as far as expected, which perfectly meets the customer's transformation needs.
