Recently, exciting news came from the new pulp base project of Jingxing Paper Industry in Malaysia, which EBICO participated in. The first phase of the project's annual output of 800,000 tons of waste pulp production line was successfully started for the first time, and the first batch of waste pulp boards was successfully produced.
The new pulp base project in Malaysia is a key overseas project established by Jingxing Paper since 2019 to solve the dilemma of imported raw materials and break through the scale expansion barrier.

Through the PID algorithm, EBICO realizes the real-time and continuous adjustment of the air intake and intake air volume of the burner to fully meet the demand of the outlet steam pressure.
In addition, the EC-GR series has outstanding maneuverability, and the multi-way gas nozzle can be rotated 360°, which supports a large adjustment of the flame, so as to meet the complete match between the burner flame and the combustion space, and has a good protective effect.
In order to support the sustainable operation of the production base, EBICO pays special attention to the energy-saving and environmental protection capabilities of the products, and designs them in accordance with European EN standards to reduce fuel consumption and improve combustion efficiency and stability as a whole.
The concentrations of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and carbon monoxide at the production site have been effectively controlled to meet local environmental protection requirements.
