For this cooperation, EBICO selected EP-GE series low-nitrogen burners and supporting facilities, with an output of up to 34MW. Based on the experience of optimizing and integrating cutting-edge combustion technology resources, EBICO has created environmentally friendly products that can be adapted to all heat-using equipment. The EP series has gone through a lot of experiments and data analysis at the beginning of the design, and has passed the tests of new energy, medicine, food, textile and other industries after being put on the market. It is an efficient, mature, advanced and stable combustion product.

The equipment uses clean and economical natural gas as fuel, and its combustion efficiency is nearly 100%, which fully relieves the energy consumption pressure of customers in the production process. The automatic ignition program and automatic control program provided for the PLC system and the EBICO "smart cloud" remote monitoring system are outstanding, taking into account intelligence and safety, and are committed to optimizing the customer's operating experience.

According to the feedback of EBICO's first-line technical staff, the commissioning work of Haichen energy storage project has been successfully completed. Through low nitrogen combustion technologies such as the pre-mixing of clean fuel centers, the site NOx emission is stably controlled within 30mg/m³, the burner procedures operate normally, and the output value of the project will exceed 10 billion after the completion of the project, so as to achieve a win-win situation of economic benefits and environmental benefits.

2023-2025 is a critical period to start the era of comprehensive energy storage. It is predicted that the compound growth rate of the energy storage field will exceed 70% in the next three years.
