Yihai Kerry (Chongqing) Grain and oil Co., LTD., mainly provides edible oil refining and filling services. After successfully firing in June last year, the second attempt was recently started due to the condition of lifting load. Two 35 tons/hour steam boilers using EBICO EC11GR low nitrogen burners, suitable for natural gas as fuel. After the field debugging by the Commissioning engineers of EBICO, the load can be raised normally without adding FGR, and the normal operation requirements of the whole equipment can be fully met.

In mid-July, the EBICO commissioning team commissioned two EP5GE low-NOx burners for Feng Yi Biotechnology (Jiangxi) Co. Considering the special needs of the fuel, the selection team used a natural gas/biogas mix. Based on our rich experience in thermal engineering, our commissioning engineers were rooted in the project after dewatering the heat-using equipment to achieve ultra-low NOx emissions of less than 50mg!
