Remove dirt from the flame stabilization plate, open up gaps, and remove carbon deposits from the electrodes.
Use carburetor cleaner to clean oil nozzles, spray heads, tubing, suction tubing. If the oil pipe and suction pipe wall accumulated scale, use strip object to clean and through.
Remove the oil dirt on the heating wire and temperature sensor, and remove the oil mud at the bottom of the heating oil pool.
Clean the filter tank and filter screen, empty the oil storage tank, remove the bottom oily sludge, and clean the tank.
The purging function of the burner before and after starting is normal, but what is the reason for the failure to ignite?
(1) Insufficient gas supply at ignition (2) Main solenoid valve or ignition electronic valve is not working properly (3) Solenoid valve damage (4) The supply pressure is unstable (5) Excessive air volume
The filter is used to filter out impurities and oil in the fuel gas to ensure the normal operation of the burner valve group. According to the quality of gas, the filter should be cleaned regularly. If wet gas is used, the air inlet valve can be closed periodically, the valve under the filter can be unscrewed, and the settled liquid can be discharged into a special container for dumping. Then, the upper cover can be removed, and the fastening screws of the filter screen can be loosened to remove the filter screen and the attached dirt. If clean dry gas is used, the cleaning cycle can be extended.
2、It may be a malfunction of the combustion engine motor. The motor can't start, except that the motor coil or capacitor is damaged, it may also be a bearing problem, perhaps the wind impeller is stuck and can't rotate.
1、It may only be a minor problem, such as the power supply is not connected. It may also be that the ball valve of the gas switch has not been opened or the gas pressure is insufficient (lower than the set value on the gas low-pressure switch)
2、Please check the fuse of the power supply, and check the temperature of the thermostat for the gas burner. If the burner is connected with other automatic control devices at the same time, please check whether there is no power supply to the burner due to the influence of these devices.
3、Please check whether the voltage is normal. The burner control box basically has a under-voltage protection function. When the voltage is too low, the burner cannot be started.
4、Please check whether the control box of the burner is firmly inserted into the socket, and also check whether the power supply wiring is loose or not.
The clearance of cyclone ventilation is blocked by carbon deposit, which leads to poor ventilation.
Nozzle is dirty, blocked or worn.
The throttle setting angle is too small.
The distance between the tip of the ignition match and the leading edge of the oil nozzle is not appropriate (too protruding or retracted).
Oil gun solenoid valve is blocked by sundries (small oil gun).
The oil is too viscous to flow easily, or the filter system is blocked or the oil valve is not opened, so that the oil pump does not absorb enough oil and the oil pressure is low.
The filter screen of the oil pump itself is blocked.
There is too muchwater in the oil (abnormal boiling noise in the heater).
Treatment measures include:
Cleaning; Clean it first, if problem notfixed, replace a new one; Turning down test; Adjust the distance (preferably 3~4mm); Remove and clean (clean the parts with diesel oil); Check the pipeline, oil filter and thermal insulation equipment; Remove the peripheral screws of the oil pump, carefully remove the outer cover, take out the oil net inside, and soak it with diesel oil; Try it with new oil.
The cut-off valve in the oil circuit is closed or the oil intake is insufficient, or the oil filter is blocked.
The oil inlet temperature is low, the viscosity is too high or the oil inlet temperature of the pump is too high.
The oil pump is out of order.
The bearing of the fan motor is damaged.
Fan impeller is too dirty.
① Check whether the valve in the oil pipeline is open, whether the oil filter works normally, and clean the filter screen of the pump. ② Raise or lower the oil temperature. ③ Replace the oil pump. ④ Replace the motor or bearing. ⑤ Clean the fan impeller.
On the one hand, the mixing, mass transfer and heat transfer caused by the entrainment of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace by airflow. On the other hand, the high-temperature flame radiation heat exchange in the furnace. Among them, the entrainment of pulverized coal airflow is the main one.
Change some adjustable parameters and control modes (i.e. fuel supply mode and air distribution mode) in a planned way, comprehensively adjust the combustion conditions and measure some single index values, and then scientifically analyze the obtained results, compare them from the aspects of economy and safety, determine the best operation mode and calibrate the operation characteristics of the equipment. Such experiments, measurements, analysis and research work are boiler combustion adjustment tests.
