The filter is used to filter out impurities and oil in the fuel gas to ensure the normal operation of the burner valve group. According to the quality of gas, the filter should be cleaned regularly. If wet gas is used, the air inlet valve can be closed periodically, the valve under the filter can be unscrewed, and the settled liquid can be discharged into a special container for dumping. Then, the upper cover can be removed, and the fastening screws of the filter screen can be loosened to remove the filter screen and the attached dirt. If clean dry gas is used, the cleaning cycle can be extended.
Cause of failure:
a. The air volume is too small
b. The air humidity is too high.
c. The exhaust temperature is low.
Solutions: (1) Turn down the damper. (2) Reduce the air volume appropriately and increase the inlet air temperature. (3) Take measures to increase the exhaust temperature.
1、The fan shaft is not concentric with the electrode shaft.
2、The rigidity of the foundation or the whole support is not enough.
3、Loose impeller bolts or rivets and deformation of impeller.
4、The impeller shaft disc hole is loosely matched with the shaft.
5、The connecting bolts of casing, bearing seat and bracket, bearing seat and bearing cover are loose.
6、The blade has dust, dirt, blade wear, impeller deformation and shaft bending, which makes the rotor unbalanced.
7、Poor installation of the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan causes resonance.
1、The control box may be faulty (damaged).
2、It may be a malfunction of the combustion engine motor. The motor can't start, except that the motor coil or capacitor is damaged, it may also be a bearing problem, perhaps the wind impeller is stuck and can't rotate.
1、It may only be a minor problem, such as the power supply is not connected. It may also be that the ball valve of the gas switch has not been opened or the gas pressure is insufficient (lower than the set value on the gas low-pressure switch)
2、Please check the fuse of the power supply, and check the temperature of the thermostat for the gas burner. If the burner is connected with other automatic control devices at the same time, please check whether there is no power supply to the burner due to the influence of these devices.
3、Please check whether the voltage is normal. The burner control box basically has a under-voltage protection function. When the voltage is too low, the burner cannot be started.
4、Please check whether the control box of the burner is firmly inserted into the socket, and also check whether the power supply wiring is loose or not.
5、The control box may be faulty (damaged).
Treatment measures include:
The cut-off valve in the oil circuit is closed or the oil intake is insufficient, or the oil filter is blocked.
The oil inlet temperature is low, the viscosity is too high or the oil inlet temperature of the pump is too high.
The oil pump is out of order.
The bearing of the fan motor is damaged.
Fan impeller is too dirty.
① Check whether the valve in the oil pipeline is open, whether the oil filter works normally, and clean the filter screen of the pump. ② Raise or lower the oil temperature. ③ Replace the oil pump. ④ Replace the motor or bearing. ⑤ Clean the fan impeller.
On the one hand, the mixing, mass transfer and heat transfer caused by the entrainment of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace by airflow. On the other hand, the high-temperature flame radiation heat exchange in the furnace. Among them, the entrainment of pulverized coal airflow is the main one.
Change some adjustable parameters and control modes (i.e. fuel supply mode and air distribution mode) in a planned way, comprehensively adjust the combustion conditions and measure some single index values, and then scientifically analyze the obtained results, compare them from the aspects of economy and safety, determine the best operation mode and calibrate the operation characteristics of the equipment. Such experiments, measurements, analysis and research work are boiler combustion adjustment tests.
For burners with four corners, they should run symmetrically in the same row, with no missing corners and even output. And try to keep the outlet airflow speed and load of each burner uniform. Or change the flame center position by changing the inclination angle of the oscillating burner or the ratio of the upper and lower secondary air.
Early ignition may burn out the nozzle or cause coking near the nozzle. Late ignition will cause the flame center to move up, which may cause coking in the upper part of the furnace, increase the steam temperature and even interrupt the flame.
During the operation of the boiler, if the flame center in the furnace deviates, the flame fullness of the whole furnace will deteriorate. On the one hand, there is a big smoke temperature difference in front, back, left and right of the furnace, which causes uneven heating of the water wall and may destroy the normal water circulation. On the other hand, the flue gas temperature difference between the left and right sides of the furnace outlet causes the temperature on one side of the furnace outlet to be high, which leads to the overheating of the superheater and other heating surfaces on this side and tube explosion. Therefore, attention should be paid to adjusting the position of the flame center in the operation so that it is located in the center of the furnace.
