Basic operating rules for gas fired boilers

The preparation work before starting

1. Check whether the gas pressure is normal, whether the pipeline valve leaks, and whether the valve switch is in place;

3. Check whether the softening water system is normal and ensure that the water softener is in working state and the water level of the water tank is normal;

The boot

3, when rising to a certain pressure, regular sewage should be carried out once, and check the water level in the furnace.

Inspection work in operation

1. Start the boiler power supply, monitor the normal ignition and operation of the boiler, check the flame state, and check whether the sound of each component is abnormal;

2. Inspect the boiler heating status and check whether the control status of large and small fire conversion is normal;

3. Inspect whether the natural gas pressure is normal and stable, and whether the natural gas flow is in the normal range to judge whether the filter is blocked;

4, patrol pump pressure is normal, there is no abnormal sound.

Accident stop furnace

1, when it is found that the boiler body produces abnormal phenomenon and the safety control device fails, the emergency disconnect button should be pressed to stop the operation of the boiler;

2. If the boiler feed pump is damaged and the mediation device fails, press the emergency disconnect button to stop the operation of the boiler;

3, when the power fuel problems should be taken to press the emergency disconnect button;

4, when there is harm to the boiler or personal safety phenomenon should take emergency measures to stop the furnace.

Temporary power failure precautions

1. Quickly close the main steam valve to prevent the cylinder from losing water;

2. Turn off the main switch of power supply and natural gas valve;

3, close the boiler continuous sewage valve to prevent other boiler faults;

4, close the oxygen supply valve;

5, according to the normal order of furnace stop, check whether the boiler fuel, gas, water valves meet the requirements of furnace stop;

Matters needing attention when gas is insufficient

1. Quickly get in touch with natural gas dispatching, find out the cause of the accident, and take corresponding feasible measures;

2. Report to superior departments and leaders;

3, observe the burning situation at any time, the flame is normal for wheat yellow.
