1.Connect the peripheral circuit, to achieve automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, please wire according to the control system wiring diagram.
2.Suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the tank, should keep a distance of 80-120mm.
3.The burner should be turned off before filling the tank, and the fuel can be injected into the tank after filtration. It can be restarted after 20 minutes of filling.
4.Oil system shall not leak oil and air.
5.Check whether the fuel tank is sufficient before starting the burner.
6.The size of the damper should match the nozzle specifications. When the burner is used, due to the inconsistency between the boiler and the burner, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper properly, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the nozzle with appropriate specifications and injection Angle.
7.The ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70℃, otherwise cooling and heat insulation measures shall be taken. When used in cold areas, appropriate thermal insulation measures should be taken to prevent the oil storage device and the supply and return pipeline system from being blocked by freezing. At the same time, the control circuit part of the burner shall not be affected by moisture or high temperature.
8.Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.
9.Motor and ignition transformer should pay attention to moistureproof, avoid using in wet environment.
10.The combustion machine should be balanced when installed, should be horizontal or vertical use, avoid inclined use.
11.When it is not convenient to operate the combustion directly, external control switch and electrical protection device should be connected.
12.Often check whether the connection of the combustion machine and various parts is firm, loose, there is no change in position.
13.When the burner is started, prevent the sudden flame from wounding and destroying objects.
Regular maintenance
1.Foreign bodies are strictly prohibited from entering the air duct.
2.The use of combustion machine site should be far away from flammable and explosive products, and equipped with fire extinguishing equipment.
3.Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the oil pressure representation value.
4.Regularly check the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector and ignition electrode, remove oil and carbon. In particular, the flame detector should be kept clean and not stained with water.
5.Be sure to cut off the power supply when maintaining the burner.
