2.Bearing temperature is too high

In order to reduce friction between bearings, lubricating oil is usually applied to fan bearings. Bearings will consume a lot of lubricating oil during operation. Once the bearing runs for a long time, friction will intensify. In addition, in the normal working process, part of the water in the fan will enter the equipment inside the fan, and the oil film on the bearing surface will be damaged by water. Due to the continuous operation of lubricating oil and damaged oil film, the temperature of the bearing will increase, and it will burn out in serious cases.
Before solving the temperature fault of the fan bearing, the maintenance personnel can first turn the bearing and listen to the sound and vibration of the bearing operation, so as to quickly determine the cause of the possible bearing failure, which can greatly improve the troubleshooting rate.
