(5) After the adjustment, it is necessary to carry out multiple ignitions to observe whether the ignition is good.

What are the inspections inside the gas burner?

(1) Is the combustion head of the burner installed and adjusted?

(2) Is the motor rotating in the correct direction?

(3) Does the external circuit connection meet the requirements?

(4) Carry out cold state simulation of the burner according to the circuit conditions, and observe whether the various components of the equipment in operation are normal and whether the flame detection and protection part is normal.

What's the matter if the burner can't ignite smoothly, or makes an abnormal sound at the moment of ignition?

(1) The damper is too large, or the gas volume output by the solenoid valve is too small;

(2) The position of the ignition electrode is incorrect, or the dirt accumulated near the ignition electrode affects the ignition arc;

(3) The internal pressure of the furnace itself is too high;

The burner sometimes stops running for no reason, and the control box lights up the fault light, what's the matter?

Why is it that the electromagnetic gas valve cannot output gas during the operation of the burner?

What is the cause of poor combustion during the combustion process of the burner?

What is going on when the burner ignites and there is no arc?
