Project Introduction

Jiangsu Rongchen Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Taiwan paper giant Rongchen Paper deployed in East China. Rongchen focuses on the production of containerboard paper and corrugated base paper. Its annual output of base paper ranks among the top five in the segment of containerboard paper and corrugated base paper manufacturing. It is one of the most important papermaking companies in East and Central China.

Faced with the "plastic ban" and "double carbon" goals, Rongchen Environmental Technology shoulders the dual pressures of industrial scale expansion and environmental protection transformation. In order to fill the company's clean heat gap, Rongchen Environmental Technology selected EBICO as a partner to jointly promote the environmental protection transformation of the production line.

Rongchen 's base paper products are of excellent quality and are favored by many well-known brands. It is the designated paper brand for large listed companies such as HP, Gree, Midea, and Nongfu Spring. EBICO is well aware of the impact of combustion equipment on the quality of base paper production. During the project, we actively communicated and conducted on-site inspections, and finally selected the ES-GGE series fully automatic electronic modulation combustion equipment with an output of 5225KW.

The equipment is set up as a dual-purpose oil and gas model. The fuel and gas circuits are designed separately. It can burn either single fuel or oil and gas. It not only saves production costs, but also promotes further optimization of the energy consumption structure to meet the current diversified production trend.

While ensuring the thermal efficiency of the work site, EBICO's advanced and mature technology cooperates with the flue gas recirculation system to realize the recovery and utilization of part of the flue gas. Because the flue gas absorbs heat and dilutes the oxygen concentration in the combustion space, the combustion speed and the temperature in the furnace are effectively reduced, which can reduce thermal NOx by 50-70%, and the effect of environmental protection transformation is obvious.
