The gas proportional valve has the function of unilateral closing within 50% of the opening, and the air inlet has the function of secondary diversion adjustment. Considering the customer's on-site working conditions and combustion space limitations, EBICO is equipped with adjustable flame technology to realize super-subsonic fuel, turbulent flow and cross-distribution of turbulent wind, and the combustion efficiency is nearly 100%. The large adjustment ratio combustion method maintains the heat balance in the combustion space, creates conditions for the formation of an ideal temperature field, and ensures the stable supply of heat required for system operation.

In the aspect of environmental protection that EBICO pays attention to, the multi-channel staggered layer technology enables the natural gas to be evenly distributed in staggered layers during combustion, and avoids bad combustion caused by high temperature areas or overlapping areas. After the EBICO vacuum internal mixing (VIC) technology is put into use, a strong internal circulation post-mixing effect is formed. Combined with low-nitrogen technologies such as vector disturbance and subsonic flow, the NOx emission is reduced to less than 30mg/m³, which fully meets the environmental protection requirements of production.

In recent years, the downstream consumer market of the coating industry is still expanding, and the coating process is constantly improving.
