Wuxi Lantian Gas Turbine Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is invested and constructed by GCL Group, the world's largest manufacturer of photovoltaic materials and China's largest non-public environmental protection power holding company, and Wuxi Guolian Environmental Protection Energy Group Co., Ltd., to jointly create the first comprehensive application of natural gas thermal power in China The "six-in-one" smart energy center of six energy systems including cold cogeneration, light energy, wind energy, waste heat and pressure, LED, and energy storage systems.

As a long-term partner of GCL Group, EBICO has provided burner support for GCL Suzhou Blue Sky Thermal Power Project many times. At the same time, Wuxi is also the location of EBICO's Asia-Pacific headquarters. Rich cooperation experience and corporate responsibility for local environmental protection have contributed to this cooperation. EBICO's low-nitrogen combustion equipment performed well and successfully assumed the important task of supplying heat for the stable operation of the project.

In response to the customer's 85 tons/hour heat demand, EBICO selected and designed advanced, safe and reliable EC-GR series burners and supporting facilities, and used economical and clean natural gas as fuel. This is also the first natural gas thermal power project in Wuxi.

The EC-GR series burner adopts an electronic proportional adjustment system to adjust the air/gas ratio. Two actuators control the damper and gas valve respectively to achieve full combustion of gas. The combustion efficiency of the equipment is nearly 100%, which promotes the efficient operation of the entire project.

EBICO's advanced technology accepts the best ratio setting for each meeting point, each road air, gas, and FGR, and the independent ignition position ensures the safety of equipment startup. At the same time, it has the function of automatic parking at high temperature of the heat medium, which is in line with international practice and common practice international safety standards.

Under the general trend of "intelligence" and "digitalization", EBICO DCS distributed control system simplifies on-site control, centralizes the panel, reduces failure points and provides reliability. Stable control within 30mg/Nm³.

It is reported that after the Wuxi Blue Sky Thermal Power Project is put into operation, the annual power generation capacity will reach 2 billion kWh, and the annual heat supply can reach more than 800,000 tons. It will provide one-third of the thermal energy and one-quarter of the electrical energy in the eastern part of Wuxi.

In terms of environmental protection, compared with traditional coal power, the project as a whole can save 233,000 tons of standard coal per year, reduce smoke and dust emissions by 1,020 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by 3,366 tons, and carbon dioxide emissions by 500,000 tons.

The cooperation between EBICO and GCL Group, on the one hand, promotes the continuous development and expansion of green energy scale, on the other hand, it also provides energy guarantee for Wuxi's green and low-carbon development, allowing this industrial city to accelerate towards the goal of "greening".
