EBICO cooperates with Hainan Yisheng to create an aircraft carrier-level new material project

The oil and gas chemical industry has been a pillar industry in Hainan in recent years. Before and after the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Hainan's oil and gas chemical industry continued to deepen and extend the industrial chain while vigorously developing high-end new materials. Multiple tens of millions of projects took root in this coastal city. Efforts will be made to build a base for the entire industrial chain of green chemical new materials, and there is no lack of support from EBICO Clean Thermal Technology.

Yisheng Petrochemical Phase II Project is one of the key projects in Hainan Province. The project is invested and constructed by Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Hengyi Group, a leading enterprise in China's chemical fiber and textile industry. The main construction content includes an annual output of 2.5 million tons The sub-projects of PTA production unit and 1.8 million tons of PET production unit have a total investment of 8 billion yuan.

In this cooperation, EBICO dispatched EC-GR series electronic proportional combustion equipment to supply energy for the heat demand of the PTA Phase II project of 2×410 tons/hour.

What is PTA?

PTA (purified terephthalic acid) is one of the important bulk organic raw materials, mainly used in the production of polyester fiber, polyester bottle flakes and polyester film. Its downstream products involve many fields such as clothing, home textiles, packaging materials, film and tape, etc., and are closely related to daily life.

The local hydrological environment in Hainan is special, and the groundwater table is relatively high, which is judged to be strongly erosive groundwater. EBICO products use anti-corrosion and explosion-proof materials to ensure natural gas ignition, stable combustion, and embers under rated parameters, and focus on taking effective measures to avoid combustion slagging and protect the safety of the combustion space.

Under the inspection, design and installation guidance of EBICO professionals, the location of the combustion equipment is reasonably arranged, and there is enough burning space and heating surface on the upper part to ensure that the flame will not wash the cold ash hopper and be fully cooled. The adjustment of each part of the burner is flexible, safe and economical, and can run stably for a long period.

Customer-centered is EBICO's consistent service principle. During the project promotion process, EBICO communicated and gave feedback in real time. According to the customer's environmental protection wishes, EBICO comprehensively adopted technologies such as multi-pipeline, center separation, and super-mixing of split-layer fuel to suppress nitrogen oxidation. The generation of waste, and the excess air coefficient is kept at the set value under the rated load. According to the data, NOx emissions from the production site meet the national air pollution discharge standards, and the concentrations of various pollutants are effectively controlled.

After the Hainan Yisheng PTA Phase II project is completed and put into normal operation, not only the single-line production capacity, material consumption, and energy consumption are in the leading position in the world, but the cumulative output value will increase by about 70 billion yuan in five years, and about 300 jobs will be directly created to support the local economy. While developing with high quality, it will effectively contribute to the construction of Hainan's green new material industry base.
