With the instruction of the “Environmental Protection Regulations of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region” and the "14th Five-Year Plan for Ecological Environment Protection of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region", enterprises in Inner Mongolia have taken the environmental protection route of low-emission transformation. Alxa Dakang Santetrachloroethylene Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary responsible for the production and sales of Dakang Industrial, is actively responded to the policy call and put forward the demand for low nitrogen renovation of combustion equipment to EBICO.
Alxa League is located in the west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with the highest altitude of 3,556 meters. When the altitude exceeds a certain height, the human body will have altitude sickness such as hypoxia, chest tightness and nausea. This is because the higher the altitude, the lower the atmospheric pressure and air density, and the lower the oxygen content, which is less than 21% of the air.
The thin oxygen content also greatly affects the running state of combustion equipment. The absence of partial oxygen makes the production face the embarrassing situation of insufficient combustion, unstable flame, output failure to reach the rated power value and high loss.
At the same time, the output is affected, and the customer's demand to reduce NOx emission from 180mg to 50mg makes this project more difficult.
In this cooperation, EP-GE series electronic proportional control combustion equipment was selected. EBICO’s technical experts designed the altitude correction coefficient suitable for our products according to the oxygen content per unit volume at different altitudes to compensate the output range of rated power fluctuation.
The PLC intelligent control system minimized the influence of altitude, it’s customized according to the field investigation results. The intelligent program based on scene application is not only convenient to operate, but also additionally corrects the changes caused by altitude on combustion, so that EBICO products can be applied to various geographical environments.
In response to the renovation demand of Alxa Dakang to reduce NOx emission from 180mg to 50mg, the technical team of EBICO followed up on the whole process, and specially installed the air supply system according to the air flow and combustion pressure to ensure the full combustion of fuel and reduce pollution emissions.
EBICO's patented multi-channel air distribution, multi-channel air distribution and central premixing technology greatly reduced NOx emissions, and it was successfully controlled within 50mg. Analog frequency control reduces the risk of secondary pollution, and streamlined arc design greatly reduces wind resistance, thus reducing power consumption, which can save up to 70% of starting power.
Considering that the plateau area is always in sub-zero cold weather in winter, EBICO professionals put on a layer of "winter clothes" for combustion equipment in advance, which stabilizes the running state of burners in winter, ensures the production safety and efficiency throughout the year, and create green kinetic energy for the trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene industries which are widely used as desiccants and organic solvents.
