NOx emission reduced 50mg! Burner renovation project for Ximei Resources Holding Limited

By the end of 2020

The total amount of special equipment in China reached 16,484,100 units.

By the end of 2021

This number has risen to 18,162,300 units.

Although the productivity grows yearly, but the industry is facing the challenge of the fourth wave of scientific and technological revolution and the goal of "double carbon". The pure productivity advantage cannot last in the long period, and the increasing of pollution causes the development of special equipment to be deadlocked. Project introduction

Ximei Resources (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. is the world's leading company in tantalum and niobium hydrometallurgy, listed in Hong Kong. Its 4320kW special equipment renovation project is an environmental protection construction project of the fourteenth five-year plan of Guangdong.

The company has an EBICO combustion equipment with a NOx emission of 80mg in service. Recently, in order to achieve the goal of clean smelting, the customer plans to reduce the NOx emission to below 30mg by equipment renovation.

EBICO has a reputation in medium and large combustion equipment, and also has rich experience in dealing with small equipment. In response to the environmental protection demand of emission reduction of Ximei Resources, a group of EBICO’s technicians provided service to the whole process from making renovation plan to operation and ignition. We made full use of the existing equipment so to save the production cost of the client.

After implementing EBICO’s flue gas circulation and various high-tech nitrogen reduction technologies, the NOx emission is successfully controlled under 30mg. EBICO's technology and professional service are unanimously recognized by customers again.

Monitoring and explosion-proof are the most prominent features of this control system, and its applicability is very wide. Relying on the electronic proportional regulation mode, it can easily monitor flame data, prevent gas explosion, and create a safe running environment for special equipment labeled as "high risk".
