Recently, one of EBICO’s key customer, Xianyang High-tech Natural Gas Central Heating Co., Ltd. successfully ignited their boiler, which provided a guarantee for the winter heating in Xianyang. On the day of the ignition ceremony, partners involved in the co-construction gathered in the heat source factory of the high-tech zone, and celebrated the smooth operation of the project.
At the beginning of 2022, Xianyang vigorously carried out the construction of coal-fired boiler replacement project with the goal of "coal free" in urban and surrounding areas. The heating boiler project of Xianyang High-tech Natural Gas Central Heating Company, which was built by Xianyang High-tech Natural Gas Central Heating Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 220 million RMB, has attracted wide attention from the society because of its large scale, wide coverage and no coalification.

ONE heating pipe network links thousands of warm households
Installation, commissioning, ignition, this is the standard process familiar to every technician of EBICO. Rich experience does not breed arbitrariness, and professionalism always requires seriousness and rigor. Before the formal proposal, EBICO, as always, made an analysis and investigation on customer’s demand and site working conditions, comprehensively considered and selected a single combustion equipment with a maximum output of 78MW to provide core thermal power for heating.
According to the feedback from Mr. Liu Chao, Chairman and General Manager of Xianyang High-tech Natural Gas Central Heating Co., Ltd.: “After the project is ignited and put into operation, the on-site steam temperature reaches 240℃ and the pressure is 5.6kg, which can meet the needs of existing steam users; At the same time, the output water temperature of the three hot water boilers is 63℃, and the return water temperature is 37℃, which is rising continuously”.
FIVE burners are all from EBICO
To ensure the heating efficiency, Xianyang High-tech Natural Gas Co., Ltd. added two 70MW gas steam boilers and three 70MW gas hot water boilers on the basis of the original two.
The two types of boilers come from different boiler manufacturers, but the newly added burners are all selected EC-GR series low nitrogen combustion equipment from EBICO.
EBICO's new generation EC-GR series combustion equipment, is not only consistent with EBICO's concept of energy conservation, environmental protection and safe production, but also supplemented with many years' innovation achievements, which make sure the environmental protection standard of NOx emission less than 30mg/m to stably realized.
In response to the difference of combustion space in different types of boilers, EBICO’s flame fine-tuning technology adjusts the flame size intimately, and original vector disturbance technology adjusts the fuel flow speed, flow rate and injection angle in real time, to avoid the damage caused by the flame to the combustion space, so as to make the combustion equipment by going up one flight of stairs in terms of adaptability.
100,000 tons of coal reduction accelerates "coal free" heating in Xianyang
EBICO focuses on maximizing the advantages of clean energy, reducing energy consumption and saving start-up electric energy, while further reducing various pollutants such as carbon and nitrogen.
It is reported that the heating area of High-tech Natural Gas Co., Ltd. has expanded from the previous 1 million square meters to about 7 million square meters, and the coal reduction has exceeded 100,000 tons, benefiting nearly 400,000 households and many enterprises in its jurisdiction.
