Biogas and natural gas are conventional gas fuels. Standard burner does not support the mixing combustion of natural gas and biogas, in order to meet the customer's requirements, the professional technical team of EBICO has carefully built and customized the applicable non-standard burners for Wuhechun.
EBICO chose EC series low nitrogen burners, equipped with double-channel free proportioning technology. Two sets of nozzle are independently arranged, which can burn biogas and natural gas alone or mix combustion of two gases, make full use of renewable biomass energy and relieve the pressure of natural gas supply.
At normal temperature, the maximum output of this burner is 24500kW, which ensures the stable production. The cleaning ability of biogas is inferior to that of natural gas. If the combustion is not sufficient and the exhaust gas is not clean enough, it will cause the adverse consequences of increasing the greenhouse effect. After biogas ventilation on site, EBICO technicians went setting the burner immediately to ensure that NOx emission was lower than 30mg, strictly obeyed with the environmental protection regulations.
The energy saving brought by comprehensive utilization of energy and the emission reduction brought by low-nitrogen system positively respond to the expectation of "double carbon" strategy for enterprises.
