A few days ago, Taiyuan, ShanXi announced that the central heating work in 2022 will start on November 1st. Central heating is a large-scale heating project for people's livelihood. The whole process involves many large-scale heating facilities, so the commissioning and preparation work must be in place in advance. Based on the trust of our burners’ performance, Taiyuan Thermal Power Company once again issued an invitation to its old partner, EBICO, to jointly increase "firepower" for the central heating work in Taiyuan.
Taiyuan Thermal Power Group Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the construction, production and operation management of central heating in Taiyuan. In the 2021-2022 heating season, the heating area directly managed by Taiyuan Thermal Power reached 168 million square meters, accounting for 75% of the total heating area in Taiyuan.
In addition, Taiyuan Thermal Power also undertakes the heating load of 31.69 million square meters of Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power, Shuangliang Thermal Power, Taihong Thermal Power and Chengbei Thermal Power. A total of 1,839 thermal power stations, 1,590 kilometers of primary pipe network and 14 heat sources are put into operation.
Since 2017, EBICO has reached a cooperation with Taiyuan Thermal Power to escort the winter central heating work in Taiyuan. As of October 2022, EBICO has provided 11 sets of 116MW and 7 sets of 70MW burners and supporting equipments for them.
Years of experience in cooperation have enabled EBICO to quickly react to the situation on the spot, deploy the work in an orderly manner, then send a professional and rigorous technical team to conduct ignition and debugging, which once again left a good impression to our partner.
In order to adapt to the 100t/h gas-fired boiler, EBICO selected EC-GR series low-nitrogen burners and their supporting equipments, with a maximum power of 79000kW. It is equipped with PLC programmable control cabinet to ensure the heating demand, and to implements EBICO's intelligent and safe production concept.
Shanxi has a long coal-mining history, with the constant changes of environmental protection policies, the cleanliness of coal has been repeatedly criticized, and the city image of Shanxi has also been adversely affected. EBICO uses vacuum internal mixing technology, subsonic speed technology, multi-channel staggered fuel technology and original vector technology to ensure that the emission of nitrogen oxides in the production site is lower than 30mg/m, and realize clean heating.
EBICO has made a good demonstration effect at the key transformation period of "coal to gas" in Shanxi, helping the long history city in long term development and promoting a further optimization of energy structure adjustment.
As one of the stops of "Heating Road", Taiyuan Thermal Power Project has also allowed EBICO to accumulate effective experience, continue to glow and heat up in the following heating tide, and build a clean and green winter heating map with its own strength.
