EBICO accelerates the development of "distributed" new energy in Wuhan

With the optimization and adjustment of energy structure, many problems related to energy utilization need to be solved urgently. The traditional "centralized" energy utilization system gradually lags behind the development speed of energy structure. After the change, a new way of energy utilization emerges as the times require.

"Distributed" energy comprehensive utilization system mainly uses renewable energy such as natural gas, solar energy, wind energy, etc. It is not only one of the key technologies to solve the current energy utilization problems, but also an important direction for the future development of energy technology in the world to ensure the comprehensive utilization rate of energy, reduce the negative impact on the environment, and improve economic benefits.

In this context, based on the same concept of environmental protection, EBICO recently entered into a cooperative relationship with Wuhan Qianhucheng Distributed Energy Co., Ltd. to participate in the Qianhucheng Distributed Energy Station project led by it.

Wuhan Qianhucheng Distributed Energy Station Project mainly provides central heating services for Shamao New City and Dazui-Tongjin Group, and will also undertake the heat demand of newly-settled enterprises and enterprises in need of heating transformation in the development zone.

Among the enterprises that have already settled in the park, Xpeng Motors will start production within this year. EBICO responded quickly to comply with the arrangement, and technicians and equipments were in place in time to ensure the smooth progress of heating work in the development zone.

The three boilers in the first phase of this project all equipped with EBICO burners, control systems and supporting equipments. EBICO chose ES series and EC series electronic proportional control digital burners to fit local conditions and different tonnage gas-fired boilers, ,which greatly controlled pollutant emissions.

Thanks to the high-tech and mature technology of EBICO, the NOx emission at the production site is controlled stablly below 30mg/m³. EBICO burner not only ensures the basic heating output, but also perfectly reaches the environmental protection indicator, improves the efficiency of energy conversion, transmission and utilization, and realizes clean energy supply.
