Since entering the new century, Taiyuan has been increasing the strength and intensity of environmental protection. In recent years, the policy guidance of "coal to gas" and "low nitrogen transformation" has accelerated the clean transformation of the thermal industry. In 2017, EBICO cooperated with Taiyuan thermal power startup Co., Ltd. to provide EC17GR low nox burner with a power of 67500kw / h matching boiler with a power of 116MW.

The return visit group entered the Chengnan heat source plant of Taiyuan thermal power group and was warmly received by the staff. The team accompanied by the stuff, enter the factory to check the performance of the burner and consult the user experience. They made a very high evaluation of EBICO EC-GR low nox burner, especially the characteristics of the real-time and large-scale adjustment of the flame shape enable them to adjust themselves according to the working conditions, and the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is significant.

In order to obtain the latest operation information of the burner, the EBICO return visit team tested the data of the burner: the NOx emission was 21.17mg/nm3, the net flue gas O2 content was 1.97%, and the net flue gas outlet temperature was 39.3 ℃. All the data are superior to the most stringent emission standards in China, and are also in the leading position in the world. Once again, it intuitively shows the hard strength of EBICO burners.

“EBICO's Return visit Miles” has now become a distinct mark of EBICO's after-sales service. The return visit team has traveled to dozens of provinces and cities. Through the follow-up activities, EBICO collects the first-hand user experience and feeds back and records the shortcomings in burner operation, laying the direction for subsequent product and technical innovation.
