A few months ago, the bidding meeting for the low nitrogen transformation project of Nanjing Olympic Sports Center was concluded. In addition, the use of the original burners over the years has led to aging, corrosion and degradation of various performances.
The ES series of ultra-low nitrogen burners developed by ebico have a wide range of fuel adaptability, which can be used for conventional fuels such as natural gas, light / heavy oil, etc., and can match and customize non-standard fuels according to the needs of customers. This series of burners adopt the technology of vacuum internal mixing, center separation and multi-channel staggered layer, which can reduce the NOx emission to a very low level and fully meet the strict emission standards in China.
After the start of the low nitrogen transformation project, EBICO has sent technicians to the boiler room of Nanjing Olympic Sports Center for many times for on-the-spot investigation. During the investigation, the technicians found that the boiler room was located in the basement, which brought a lot of resistance to the matching installation of burners. After repeated discussion, it was decided to hoist the burner down from the upper patio. Considering that the load-bearing capacity of the overpass above the patio is only 3T, technicians deploy 1000t crane, extend the boom from the other side of the overpass to realize the fixed-point placement of the burner, avoid all possible safety hazards, and once again show the decision-making ability and professional quality of the EBICO insurance technical team.
