Jiangxi Fenyi power plant, subordinate to China Power Investment Group, is one of the demonstration bases of domestic large CFB boilers. The expansion project of 2 * 660000kw unit is a major strategic decision for Fenyi power plant to move towards the construction goal of "the most energy-saving, efficient and green power plant in China". After the project is completed and put into operation, it will further optimize the regional power supply structure, reduce the coal consumption level of power generation in the whole province, and provide strong power guarantee for local construction. The 35t / h oil fired start-up boiler produced by Huayuan is used in this project, and the steam pressure can reach 1.3mpa during operation. Considering the above factors, EBICO technicians fit EC12R burner with light (diesel) oil as the main fuel, and the fuel consumption is 924-2800kg / h. In order to meet the requirements of outdoor installation, bolts are embedded in the furnace wall for installation.
In recent years, the elimination of small coal-fired boilers has been increasing. EBICO EC-R burners, which are suitable for clean energy such as natural gas and light oil, have emerged and got good feedback from the market. The power range of this series of burners is 390-86000kw. With positive and negative oxygen combustion, super mixing, multi-channel staggered layer and other technologies, the emission of harmful gases such as CO, NOx and Sox in flue gas emission during combustion is lower than the most stringent standards at home and abroad. The noise control during operation fully meets the requirements of noise standard for industrial enterprises.

The fuel nozzle adopts the mechanical atomization method to ensure the atomization effect and full combustion of fuel oil; the sensitive flameout protection exit device greatly reduces the safety risk within the controllable range; the full proportion adjustment of 1 and 3 automatically adjusts the output power according to the actual heating situation of the user. Under the patient training of EBICO commissioning personnel, the power plant staff successfully realized the real-time and large-scale adjustment of the flame shape by adjusting the angle of the cyclone damper, and implemented the original intention of "safety, economy and environmental protection" project.
