Direct-flow burners are usually called four-angle nozzles in boiler maintenance, and their outlet airflow is direct current jet. In this kind of direct current burner, coal powder and burning air are injected into the furnace by different nozzle with non-rotating DIRECT current jet flow. Direct-flow burners can be arranged in a variety of ways:

Common equipment defects of direct-flow burners in operation basically include the following situations:

  1. The tuyere of primary air, secondary air and tertiary air is shape-burned and deformed. After the tuyere that stops operating forms a high temperature zone, although there is no coking, the shape of each tuyere is burned and deformed;

 

  1. The secondary damper plate is stuck. Due to uneven thermal expansion during operation, the adjusted baffle plate is stuck in a certain position and cannot be adjusted or switched;

 

  1. The nozzle falls off. During the operation of the burner, due to poor operation adjustment, the positive pressure of combustion makes the nozzle burn out and falls off, and damages the water-wall pipe, thus causing the boiler operation interruption and other unsafe defects.
