a. The oil transfer pump does not supply oil

Possible reason:

a. The ambient temperature is low

Solutions:

a. Keep the chimney heat

b. Reset the set value of temperature control

c. Reduce air distribution

d. Reduce the chimney height

e. Increase the furnace temperature

Cause of failure:

a. The air volume is too small

b. The air humidity is too high.

c. The exhaust temperature is low.

Solutions: (1) Turn down the damper. (2) Reduce the air volume appropriately and increase the inlet air temperature. (3) Take measures to increase the exhaust temperature.

1、The fan shaft is not concentric with the electrode shaft.

2、The rigidity of the foundation or the whole support is not enough.

3、Loose impeller bolts or rivets and deformation of impeller.

4、The impeller shaft disc hole is loosely matched with the shaft.

5、The connecting bolts of casing, bearing seat and bracket, bearing seat and bearing cover are loose.

6、The blade has dust, dirt, blade wear, impeller deformation and shaft bending, which makes the rotor unbalanced.

7、Poor installation of the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan causes resonance.

Possible reasons: (The following reasons refer to what happens when the burner is used in the positive pressure furnace of the boiler)

a. It may be that the internal pressure of the furnace itself is too high.

b. It may also be that the diameter of the smoke exhaust pipe is too small or there are too many turns. At the same time, please check whether the smoke exhaust passage is blocked. If a chimney baffle is installed, please pay attention to whether it has been opened. If the resistance in the furnace is too high, it will make a vibration noise when it catches fire. In addition, if the pressure of gas is too high, it will make a special noise when it catches fire.

Possible reasons:

a. Too much or too little combustion air.

b. If the burner has been used for a long time, please check the air nozzle for blockage.

c. Please pay attention to whether the supply of fresh air in the furnace room is sufficient.

Possible reasons:

The burner can't jet flame, which can be roughly divided into the following three situations:

(a) Arc without ignition

(b) The electromagnetic valve cannot output fuel gas

(c) The output fuel gas cannot be ignited due to incorrect adjustment or abnormal ignition arc.

Possible reasons:

(a) The control box may be faulty (damaged)

(b) The air pressure switch does not act, the air pressure switch is damaged, and the contact of the gas burner cannot act when the air pressure reaches the set value. The air pressure port or piezometer is blocked. Check whether the set value of the air pressure switch is set correctly, and the fan failure causes the air pressure to be too low.

Possible reasons:

1、The control box may be faulty (damaged).

2、It may be a malfunction of the combustion engine motor. The motor can't start, except that the motor coil or capacitor is damaged, it may also be a bearing problem, perhaps the wind impeller is stuck and can't rotate.

Possible reasons:

1、It may only be a minor problem, such as the power supply is not connected. It may also be that the ball valve of the gas switch has not been opened or the gas pressure is insufficient (lower than the set value on the gas low-pressure switch)

2、Please check the fuse of the power supply, and check the temperature of the thermostat for the gas burner. If the burner is connected with other automatic control devices at the same time, please check whether there is no power supply to the burner due to the influence of these devices.

3、Please check whether the voltage is normal. The burner control box basically has a under-voltage protection function. When the voltage is too low, the burner cannot be started.

4、Please check whether the control box of the burner is firmly inserted into the socket, and also check whether the power supply wiring is loose or not.

5、The control box may be faulty (damaged).

Possible reasons:

(a) It may be a voltage problem. Because the programmer has a low voltage protection function, the burner stops running when the input voltage is below 160 V (whichever the normal input voltage is 220-240 V). Later, when the voltage returns to normal, the burner starts again by itself.

(b) It may also be due to the insufficient supply pressure of the gas. When the burner starts to emit the flame, the pressure drops sharply, and the burner stops running when falling below the set point on the gas low-pressure switch. When the burner is stopped, the gas pressure rises, and when it rises above the set value on the low gas voltage switch, the burner restarts by itself. The reason for the sharp drop in gas may be the small caliber of the gas supply pipeline. If the fuel is LPG but supplied by the cylinder, note the number of cylinders connected. If the change of gas pressure is quite large, be particularly careful when adjusting the pressure on the gas low pressure switch.

(c) Please check whether the pressure adjusted on the gas low-pressure switch is incorrect.
