Centralized Heating Project for Zhengzhou Heat Group 10.7 Million Square Meters of High-tech Zone

In response to the cold wave weather, Zhengzhou Heat Group started the heating pipe network in advance to protect the general public to stay warm through the winter. As an important part of Zhengzhou centralized heating, Zhengzhou High-tech Zone, located in the northwest of the city, has developed rapidly in recent years. 2021-2022 heating season in High-tech Zone actual heating area reached 10.7 million square meters, pipe network mileage reached 252 kilometers, 168 heat exchange stations were put into operation, covering 170,000 users.

After receiving the instruction for early heating, Zhengzhou Heat Group acted quickly, together with EBICO technical team. The environmental friendly low nitrogen burners installed at the heating stations in Zhongyuan District, Jinshui District and High-tech District have been commissioned. The EC-GR series of ultra-low nitrogen burners are equipped with subsonic, graded staggered combustion and vacuum internal circulation technologies to achieve ultra-low nitrogen and carbon emission standards. EBICO engineers are working at all ports of the Zhengzhou heating network, rigorously debugging equipment and systems, repeatedly checking every core data, and constantly improving the reliability of the heating system.
