Xi'an Heating (Yandong Heating Station) 65-ton Hot Water Boiler Burner Low Nitrogen Transformation Project

Xi’an Heating Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned specialized central heating company in Xi’an. It was established in 1984. It is mainly responsible for Xi'an city's winter heating, summer cooling, four seasons of domestic hot water and industrial steam supply guarantee. The heating area covers the central area of Xi'an, the northern area, the southeastern area, the northeastern area of the city, Gaoling Organizational District, Thatched Cottage, Jingwei Industrial Park and the central heating of Yanliang Aviation Industry Base.

With the opening of the heating curtain in Xi'an, EBICO burners' services in the loess area are being launched. Recently, Xi'an Heating Group has reached a cooperation with EBICO on the low-nitrogen transformation project for the burners of two units of 65-ton hot water boilers. EBICO installed EC15GR hot water boiler burners for it. In order to achieve Xi’an Heating nitrogen oxide emission target of less than 50 mg/m3, this series of burners comprehensively adopts super-mixing, vacuum internal mixing and other technologies. After commissioning, the measured NOx fully meets the project expectations of Xi’an Heating and also meets the latest emission standards of Shan Xi Province.
