TIANJIN RELIPOWER (Haijiaoyuan Heating Station) 14MW Hot Water Boiler Burner Low Nitrogen Renovation Project

TIANJIN RELIPOWER CO.,LTD. ( hereinafter referred to as TIANJIN RELIPOWER) is a 100% holding company under the TIANJIN ENERGY INVESTMENT GROUP. At present, it has formed a systematic organizational structure including six directly affiliated heating management offices and 12 functional departments. TIANJIN RELIPOWER is one of the important energy suppliers in Tianjin. Its main business scope is the production and supply of steam and hot water, and its revenue channels are mainly heating fees.

With the advent of the heating season in Tianjin, the heating pressure of TIANJIN RELIPOWER has gradually increased. TIANJIN RELIPOWER has reached a cooperation with EBICO to better guarantee the heating needs of more than 200,000 citizens in the urban area, and to achieve lower emissions of pollutants. Therefore, EBICO is responsible for the hot water boiler low-nitrogen transformation project of Haijiaoyuan heating station. EBICO adapts EC8G ultra-low nitrogen burner for 14MW hot water boiler. After the project is completed, it has been submitted to a third party for inspection. And it shows that the nitrogen oxide emission is 28 mg/m3 under operating conditions; and the carbon monoxide emission is zero.
