Shandong Lu Hua Group Co., Ltd. is a well-known leading enterprise of high-end edible oil, which has successively won the first batch of national titles of "Safe Oil", "China Food Safety Commitment Award" and "National Science Progress Technology Award", and is also one of the key leaders of agricultural industrialization.
In 2016, EBICO cooperated with Lu Hua for the first time.
In the next seven years, EBICO and Lu Hua have always maintained a good cooperative relationship.
Over 60 sets of combustion equipment are provided for 14 production bases of Lu Hua.
EBICO witnessed the growth and development of Lu Hua. The following year of our first cooperation, Lu Hua introduced high oleic peanut oil which contains more than 75% oleic acid. In the seventh year of cooperation, Lu Hua introduced a new series of "Duoduo Oleic Acid" products with "beneficial oleic acid content greater than 55%", which leaded the healthy trend of grain and oil industry.

The core technology of oleic acid series products-"5S Pure Physical Squeezing Process" has far higher requirement of high quality heat supply than ordinary oil production process. In order to support a stable operation of Lu Hua oil production line, and to provide the public healthy and high quality oil, EBICO shook hands with Lu Hua again, and continued a long term copperation of more than 7 years.
EBICO’s low-nitrogen EP-GE series has outstanding performances in the cooperations with many large enterprises such as SPIC, CATL, Xinfengming etc. For this project, EBICO selected two EP-GE series automatic electronic proportional control burners, equipped with PLC intelligent control system, to ensure combustion efficiency and reduce NOx emissions to less than 30mg.
The project is complicated and the schedule was tight. The response time was only 10 days, from receiving requirements to formulating a exclusive scheme, and then the personnel and equipments are in place to successfully complete the first trail. The extensive service network of EBICO has played a key role in this "time race".
