Following Rongdong District and Xiongdong District, 19,111 sets of resettlement houses in Rongxi District are about to be delivered. It is reported that the first batch of relocated households have moved into their new houses in September. Soon after the winter cold wave, the heating performance of new houses has become one of the most concerned issues for residents.
In order to meet the needs of both environmental protection and heating, EBICO, which has accumulated rich experience in the heating tide, was once again invited to provide six electronic proportional regulation burners and supporting equipments for the heating energy station in Xiong 'an Rongxi District.
About the project
The heating energy station in Xiongan Rongxi District is an important supporting project for the resettlement houses in Xiongan Rongxi District, including the construction of two first-class energy stations, of which the No.1 energy station has been capped recently. The two projects include 2 primary energy stations, 13 secondary energy stations and intelligent heating system, which can provide heating guarantee for about 100,000 people in Xiong 'an Rongxi district after being put into use.
Heating capabilities
The relocation of resettlement houses in Rongxi District is a major livelihood project, and behind the volume of nearly 100,000 residents is a more concentrated heating demand. According to the on-site working conditions, EBICO selected 4 sets of 14MW and 2 sets of 21MW EP-GE series ultra-low nitrogen combustion equipments.
This series of burners use natural gas as main fuel, and the combination of open split low carbon, low oxygen flame stabilizer and intelligent numerical control technology makes the fuel burn-out rate nearly 100%, which greatly ensures the heat energy output efficiency and meets the heating demand of energy stations in Rongxi District.

The equipment of this cooperation is equipped with flame adjustable technology, and the adjustment and treatment of the flame makes the burner of EBICO be suitable for all kinds of furnaces with high mobility. The use of PLC automatic intelligent control system forms the precise intelligent central control of EBICO.
Energy saving
EP-GE series products use streamlined circular arc design, which greatly reduces wind resistance, thus reducing production power consumption. The application of abstract analog frequency can save up to 70% of starting power, which perfectly implements the energy-saving concept of EBICO.
