As a cutting-edge technology for burners, cold flame combustion technology refers to a pre-reaction phenomenon that occurs in the area of fuel ignition delay time, and the result of this pre-reaction can make the combustion NOX emission less than 9 ppm without any auxiliary system.
This technology has a short combustion flame and a small furnace chamber, which can reduce the size of the equipment and adapt to more narrow working conditions under the same conditions and with the same emissions, thus saving 20-25% of raw materials and space.
In view of the difficulties and technical requirements of this project, three EF600G burners were selected, which are the latest models launched by EBICO, and have obvious advantages in environmental protection, space utilization and cost control.
One-piece structure with high space utilization
The installation site of the Country Garden project is a basement, which is relatively narrow. The EBICO burner adopts a one-piece structure and combines with the vacuum furnace into a whole box type, which makes the space fully and effectively utilized.
Excellent Pollutant Emission Control Capability
The outstanding environmental protection ability of EF series can effectively reduce NOx emissions without the need of FGR system. After continuous debugging by technicians, the pollutants were successfully controlled below 9ppm for the homeowners of the community.
Perfectly cope with the impact of plateau environment
Qinghai Xining is located in the plateau area, with high altitude, low air pressure, thin air and low oxygen content, its unique geographical environment has a great impact on the normal operation of the burner.
1.low air pressure affects the density of the gas mixture and changes the range of the gas jet, which in turn affects the matching of the flame shape and size with the furnace structure.
2.The air density in Xining area is 1/4-1/3 lower than the standard state, which generally exceeds the adjustment range of the air-fuel ratio of the burner, and the combustion conditions are unstable
3.Due to the unstable combustion conditions, the rated output of the burner is directly affected.
4.Incomplete combustion under the condition of oxygen deficiency, so that the harmful components in the flue gas increase.
In response to the above four unstable working conditions, the EBICO personnel made plateau correction for the burner, which perfectly solved the effects of the above four kinds of plateau low pressure on the burner.
