Recently, Manager Shao of the service department of the cooperative boiler manufacturer, Mr. Su of the technical department and his party were invited to EBICO Asia Pacific headquarters to conduct technical exchange activities with  Yang Junhua, the head of our after-sales service department and all front-line after-sales service engineers. The exchange activities were held in the conference room on the first floor. Both parties had a lively discussion on technical details and expressed their opinions on the improvement of technical details.

First of all, Manager Shao of the boiler manufacturer’s service department gave a brief introduction to the system structure of steam boilers and heat-conducting oil furnaces, enables our first-line after-sales service engineers to establish a clearer positioning and understanding of the composition structure and system knowledge of upstream heating equipment such as steam boilers and heat-conducting oil furnaces. It is helpful for them to form a more macro grasp of the whole set of heating equipment including burners during installation and commissioning, and reduce the inefficiency caused by unfamiliarity with the overall system such as the boiler.

Then, Mr. Su from the Technical Department showed us the general drawings of different types of boilers, and gave a detailed explanation of possible omissions during on-site installation and commissioning, which solved the confusion for our after-sales service engineers and laid a solid foundation for more efficient completion of after-sales service work in the future.

At the end of the meeting, everyone discussed with each other according to the actual problems in the process of project on-site promotion, hoping to provide more complete solutions through in-depth technical exchanges, and present customers with a better user experience. The market pattern is surging, and customers' standards for after-sales service work are constantly improving.
