Recently, the Guangdong branch of EBICO has received good news: the lighting ceremony of the first phase of the "coal to gas" heating project in Dongguan Futian Oasis was successfully completed! Representatives from Foton Oasis, CECC and other related units attended the lighting ceremony. As the core component of the "coal-to-gas" project, EBICO burners played an irreplaceable role in the whole process of the renovation project. On behalf of EBICO, Guangdong Branch presented a flower basket to the project to congratulate the successful ignition.
With the "Guangdong Province to win the Blue Sky Defense War 2018 work program", Guangdong for the first time in the provincial policy formally proposed "coal to gas", and clear "coal to gas" is through natural gas and other clean energy to replace coal to achieve the reduction of coal consumption of energy Utilization. In recent years, Guangdong has been strengthening the construction of centralized heat supply in industrial parks and steadily promoting the "coal to gas" transformation project. Dongguan Futian Oasis project responds to the policy guidance of "coal to gas" and vigorously promotes the prevention and control of air pollution.
Dongguan Futian Oasis Heating Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the construction of a heating station for the professional base of electroplating and printing and dyeing in Shatian Town to provide heat supply for the enterprises in the base. The first phase of Futian Oasis heating project involves a single pot steam boiler, manufactured by Taishan Group, with a rated evaporation capacity of 150 t/h, 110% load, rated steam temperature of 450°C and rated working pressure of 3.8 MPa. In order to adapt to the site working conditions, the equipment is installed in a horizontal position.
Our technical engineers went to Guangdong to conduct an in-depth investigation of the project site, and contacted Foton Oasis to clarify the specific needs of the customer, so as to choose a more suitable retrofitting solution and more suitable retrofitting equipment. Taking all factors into consideration, two EC19GR (V.FGR) ultra-low nitrogen burners were successfully installed in the steam boiler. This series of burners are suitable for large furnace models, using natural gas as fuel, and making comprehensive use of vector disturbance, vacuum siphon and other low-NOx combustion technologies to achieve significant reduction of pollutants. After 168 hours of commissioning, the NOx emission concentration is ≤30 mg/m3 after putting into trace FGR, which has realized the original purpose of the "coal to gas" project.
With the successful ignition of the Phase I project, the Phase II renovation project of Futian Oasis is progressing in an orderly manner. Based on the successful delivery of the first phase of the renovation program, the cooperation between the two sides in the second phase of the project will be even closer. It is expected that by the end of 2021, the two phases of the "coal-to-gas" project of Dongguan Futian Oasis heating will come to a perfect end under the witness of EBICO!
