May 12 is International Nurses' Day, an annual tribute to the angels in white. With the improvement of people's living standards, high-quality medical and health services have become an increasingly urgent and realistic demand. Haidong City decided to build the Second People's Hospital of Haidong City as a livelihood project to make up for the shortcomings of the leading medical and health institutions at the municipal level.
The Second People's Hospital of Haidong City, located in the central city of Ledu District. With an investment of more than one billion, the project is expanded on the basis of Ledu District People's Hospital. The first phase of the project covers ICU ward, inpatient department, emergency center and hundreds of millions of dollars worth of medical equipment. The importance of high-temperature steam is self-evident, whether for the daily heating of inpatients or for the sanitary needs of medical sterilization. This is where the EBICO burners come into play.
After in-depth communication with the customer, the technical team defined the project requirements: the target boilers were two 4-ton steam boilers and four 8-ton hot water boilers. After considering all the boiler parameters, ES500GE(D) and ES800GE(I) low NOx burners were selected for these boilers, which are suitable for clean fuels such as natural gas and have low NOx emissions. After the project started, EBICO's after-sales engineers went to the site at the first time and successfully completed the ignition after about one week of commissioning.
EBICO's all-in-one ES-GE(D) ultra-low nitrogen burners have a compact and streamlined design that resists high back pressure in the furnace chamber. This series of burner has wide fuel adaptability for natural gas, light/heavy oil and other special fuels. The ES-GE(D) is an environmentally friendly burner with low nitrogen, low carbon, low oxygen, low noise and low power consumption.
