Cause analysis:

The motor coil is short circuited, the motor bearing cannot rotate, the motor capacitance is damaged, the oil pump shaft cannot rotate, and the controller is damaged.

Solutions:

If the cause is determined, the only solution is to disassemble, repair or replace it, or replace it with a new one.

Cause analysis：

The burner may not be powered.

Solutions：

Check the power fuse, wire, power switch, etc., whether the position of the source connected to the burner control box is correct, if other thermostats are installed, check whether they are affected by the thermostat, and check whether there is poor contact between the controller and the junction box.

The burner in the boiler is composed of two parts, an oil nozzle and a register. The principle is that the oil is atomized into fine droplets and injected into the combustion chamber at a certain diffusion angle or atomization angle. Thereafter, it is mixed with the supplied air to ignite and burn, thereby performing combustion of the boiler fuel.

1.The shut-off valve in the oil circuit is closed or the oil intake is insufficient, and the oil filter is blocked. It is necessary to check whether the valve in the oil pipeline is open, whether the oil filter works normally, and clean the filter itself.

2.The oil inlet temperature is low, the viscosity is too high or the pump inlet temperature is too high; the oil needs to be warmed or the oil temperature is lowered.

3.The oil pump has failed; the oil pump needs to be replaced.

4.The fan motor bearing is damaged; the motor or bearing needs to be replaced.

5.The fan impeller is too dirtyand needs to be cleaned.

1. The system has a large circulation resistance (blocked),please confirms the pipeline valve.
2. Defective or open circuit of the overheated sensor, confirm the discharge point and adjust or replace the igniter.
3. The pump does not circulate or the impeller is dead, replace the main controller.

Frequent start and stop of the boiler will not only affect its own life, but also cause heat loss of combustion.
