This kind of burner is only used for small boilers, it is suitable for all kinds of low-pressure gas, and does not need a blower, but the heat load is too large, the structure is bulky.
Air-injected burner
When the air passes through the nozzle at the indentation of the pilot, negative pressure is formed and the low-pressure gas is sucked in from the four holes, and the two gases are mixed in the mixing tube to form a homogeneous gas mixture, which flows to the exit of the fire hole and burns in the stable flame channel connected with the exit. This kind of burner furnace outlet excess air coefficient is small, high combustion intensity, but need blower device, power consumption, suitable for positive pressure boilers with air preheater with high resistance.
