Classification of gas burners

Natural air supply burner

Low-pressure gas flows out through the fire hole on the pipe, pre-mixed with air , is the diffusion combustion method , and therefore also known as diffusion burner. This kind of burner combustion stability, easy operation, and simple structure, can use low pressure gas, but the furnace excess air coefficient is large, exhaust heat loss and gas incomplete combustion heat loss is large, the flame is long, low combustion speed, only for very small capacity boiler.

Induced injection burner

According to the combustion method, it has part of the air pre-mixed native combustion method and air pre-mixed flameless combustion method two, the pilot medium used can be air, but also a certain pressure of gas.

Blast burner

Blast burner is generally composed of distributor, gas diverter and fire channel, more types, commonly used in the cyclone and flat flow type two. These two types of burner air distributor and oil burner is basically similar, the basic form of gas diverter for single-pipe and multi-pipe type, its structure is simple, the flame characteristics of combustion formation and usually cyclonic and DC oil burner is also similar.

Imported gas burner

Imported gas burner is mainly composed of three parts, namely gas system, air system and control system. The function of the gas system is to provide the gas needed for combustion; the function of the wind system is to provide a certain amount and pressure of air needed for combustion; the function of the control system is to make the burner work according to the prescribed procedure.
