2.When the volatile matter of coal becomes high, the pulverized coal will catch fire quickly, and the oxygen concentration around the coke particles will be lowered, so it is easy to form a flame which is close to the kiln head, with low stability and long high temperature part, and at this time: ① increase the oxygen concentration around the flame; ② increase the air volume and speed of axial wind (under the original flame state); ③ increase the primary air volume.

 

3.When the moisture of coal increases, its extrinsic moisture can be reduced by increasing the temperature of the gas coming out of the mill, while the intrinsic water needs to evaporate at about 110℃, and it is very difficult for the coal mill to reduce the content of intrinsic moisture. The flame will become longer and burn slower after the coal powder with high intrinsic water enters the kiln, the flame temperature will be low and the black flame head will be longer. At this time, we should appropriately increase the secondary air to the flame's combustion effect, increase the air mixture of secondary air and primary air, improve the secondary air temperature, appropriately withdraw the burner some, and use the secondary air to improve the flame's combustion speed and achieve the purpose of improving the flame temperature.
