The gas hot air furnace is the epitome of energy saving and cleanliness, mainly composed of the body, burner, combustion and control system, etc. In addition, it is equipped with a mixing cylinder after the furnace to make the flue gas it produces and the circulating flue gas mix to finally form the required temperature and flow.
Its body is divided into two parts, i.e. combustion chamber and mixing chamber. The front and the tail of the combustion chamber are set up with the temperature regulating air outlet (doping cold air outlet), the cyclone support is set up between the outer layer of the combustion chamber and the outer layer of the furnace body, and the mixing chamber is set up with the temperature regulating air inlet and the hot air outlet. The body also sets accessory equipment such as maintenance port, observation hole, explosion-proof port, pressure measurement and temperature measurement point.
The tempering wind enters the outer jacket of the combustion chamber tangentially from the side of the furnace body, and then enters from the front face of the combustion chamber and the holes evenly distributed on the circumference of the tail cylinder (doped with cold air holes), and mixes with the high temperature flue gas of the combustion chamber. The outer jacket of the combustion chamber can make the temperature-controlled wind flow evenly and be preheated, and at the same time play the role of gas layer insulation, to achieve the effect of thinning the lining of the furnace chamber and reducing the temperature of the outer surface of the shell.
The internal structural composition of the gas hot air furnace is required to complement each other, so that the absence of one, each part of the existence itself is its purpose and role.
