It is a thin disk - shaped flame that extends evenly around the wall or top of the furnace.

The working principle
The gas is inhaled by the nozzle for one time, mixed and then discharged through the strip fire hole of the head. The secondary air is inhaled by the negative pressure in the furnace and meets with the gas mixture at the outlet of the fire hole. When the two are mixed, they burn in the brick groove of the burner, forming a flat flame.
The characteristics
1,Uniform heating to prevent local overheating -- as the flame center is a reflux zone, it has the effect of stabilizing the flame and stirring.
2, the center of the flame is the reflux zone - enhanced combustion, need less excess air - reduce the NOx content in the flue gas.
3, the furnace heating (convection, radiation heat transfer intensifies), and close to the heated parts - heating materials quickly, save gas.
4,Uniform pressure inside the furnace (positive pressure zone around the furnace wall) -- prevent cold air inhalation.
5,High requirements for manufacturing and installation, limited positioning, and not too large thermal load.
