After grinding, it shall be polished to meet the required smoothness and accuracy requirements, to meet the valve core and seat in the middle requirements, etc., and shall be tested for tightness after the final assembly.
3.the stuffing box replacement. Stuffing box of the same type shall be used for replacement. It shall be carefully checked out and properly removed to prevent damage to the valve stem. The new stuffing box shall be installed in accordance with the instructions, the notches shall be misaligned to prevent stem threads from scraping the packing, the packing shall be compressed evenly and properly to prevent stress and increase friction.
4.Replacement of transmission parts. Control valve and accessories in the transmission parts if part of the wear can be replaced, repair parts. After replacement and repair should ensure that the transmission flexibility, transmission clearance as small as possible.
5.Cleaning of pneumatic amplifier. When the throttle hole of pneumatic amplifier is blocked by dirt in the compressed air, the throttle hole should be cleaned. Suitable steel wire can be used for dredging and cleaning. The diaphragm of the amplifier shall be under uniform force during reloading to prevent blockage or leakage.
