After the power is connected, the motor of the burner starts to rotate. The blowing program is started, the nozzle does not spray oil mist. The red light is on, and the burner stops working.

FAULT ANALYSIS

Short of oil（fuel）

Add fuel

Air in the oil pipe

Exhaust the air in the pipe according to the exhaust procedure

Solenoid coil short circuit

Replace solenoid coil

Oil pump damage

Repair or replace

Coupling is broken which connects motor and oil pump.

Replace coupling

The oil pump shall not rotate with the motor, the controller or the electric eye may be broken.

Replace damaged parts

The light in the combustion chamber is too strong (the refractory brick is burnt red or there is residual carbon slag burning, and the electric eye is abnormal).

Burn out the carbon deposit, clean furnace
