EP-GE Series Burner for CATL’s Power Lithium-ion Battery Production Line

EBICO selected EP-GE series low-nitrogen hot air burners, which are compact in design and small in volume, which can effectively save production space. In addition EBICO also equipped with PLC intelligent control system and FGR flue gas recirculation system. During the combustion process, the combustion tail gas flows back into the burner again through the EBICO’s flue gas circulation system, which reduces the flame temperature and greatly reduces the nitrogen oxide emissions, ensuring that the NOx emissions are controlled below 30mg, thus realizing clean production.
