Zhongrong Technology Corporation Ltd. 20 t/h Steam Boiler Burner Low Nitrogen Transformation Project

The production and development of bio-alcohol and other chemical products need to go through production steps such as heating, drying, purification, etc. In this series of processes, a high-quality burner is needed to provide a stable heat source. In order to promote the low nitrogen emission of the production equipment, and also to respond to the national strategy of carbon neutralization,Zhongrong Technology Corporation Ltd. decided to carry out the low nitrogen transformation of the 20 t/h steam boiler.

After on-site research, EBICO's professional technical team matched two EP8GE low-NOx boiler burners for 20 t/h steam boilers. This series of burners are controlled by electronic intelligent menu and can recover hot air below 250℃. After the project was completed, the third-party authoritative test showed that the NOx emission value was lower than 30 mg/m³, which fully complied with the emission standard of Hebei Province.
