Low-Nitrogen Burner Project for Sichuan Shengma Chemical 24.5MW Natural Gas Machine Group

Sichuan Shengma Chemical Industry Stock Co., Ltd (Shengma Chemical), established in 1958, is the only local oil refining enterprise reserved by the state in southwest China. The company enjoys convenient transportation as it is located in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle central, the Industrial Park in Daying County, Suining City, Sichuan Province.  In 2018, China Grain Petrochemical Group (CGPC) completed the restructuring of Shengma Chemical, and transformed it to a subsidiary of CGPC. The main products of Shengma Chemical include gasoline, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas, propylene, polypropylene and asphalt. Among them, polypropylene and heavy traffic road asphalt are rated as famous brand products in Sichuan Province, China.

In order to respond to the call of cleaner production, Sichuan Shengma Chemical selected EBICO burner as its preferred partner from a number of burners, which contributes a lot to the optimization and upgrading of China's petroleum industrial structure. The project included 2 sets of 24.5MW natural gas machine group. According to its on-site conditions and combined with the production oriented demand of the company, the professional technical team of EBICO selected two sets of EC12GR ultra-low nitrogen burners, which can meet various stringent emission standards. At the same time, the fuel combustion efficiency can also be improved to achieve intelligent green sustainable development.
