Low Nitrogen Burner Project for Fuyang Bryanzhu Environmental Energy 2*750t/d Waste Incinerator

Hangzhou Fuyang Luzhu Environmental Energy Co. Ltd which is engaged in the operation of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Fuyang District Recycling Economy Industrial Park, has an overall construction scale of "two furnaces and one generator": 2*750t/d waste incinerators + 40MW turbine + 45MW generator. EBICO Burner was awarded the tender and was honored to be the supporting burner service provider for the project.

China's municipal waste disposal methods include landfill and incineration, of which sanitary landfill is China's main waste disposal method, which has the shortcomings of occupying a large area and high risk of secondary pollution; while waste incineration can make the active ingredients oxidized into stable residue, while releasing heat for heat and power generation. The development prospect of waste incineration industry is very promising in terms of land area, environmental impact and energy utilization.

Based on customer needs and field conditions, EBICO matches the corresponding burners for the waste incinerators: each waste incinerator has 4 ignition burners, the model is ES500M; 2 combustion supporting burners, the model is EP11QE. The whole project involves a total of 12 burners, applicable to light oil as fuel. As soon as the project started, the after-sale engineers of EBICO rushed to the project site to carry out the commissioning of the burner and its system.
