Suqian National Energy Group 660MW Coal-fired Unit Supporting Low Nitrogen Burner Project

State energy group suqian power generation co. LTD is an independent power generation enterprise established according to the modern enterprise system and held by China Guodian Corporation. In order to alleviate the power shortage in Jiangsu and revitalize the economic development of Suqian, the company expanded 2 sets of 660mw ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units in accordance with the plan of Suqian city heating network coverage, which was awarded "Development and Engineering Demonstration of High Efficiency and Flexible Secondary Reheat Generator Unit" by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

Based on EBICO's positioning of "safety, energy saving, environmental protection and intelligence" and its good reputation in the environmental protection market, EBICO became the service provider of the project burner. After the project started, EBICO sent its technical team to the site several times to investigate the information and working conditions of the matching equipment. The target heat equipment was a new steam starter boiler with a rated steam pressure of 50 tons per hour. The EC15QR low-NOx burner was designed to meet the customer's needs, and is suitable for use with diesel fuel. The burner is fully electronically controlled and modular, and the flame shape can be adjusted significantly in real time to meet the site regulation requirements.
